Tenant Responsibilities
- Schedule Showing to View Property
- Complete and Return Rental Application
- Sign Rental Agreement
- Complete Check in Inspection and Return Signed Property Condition Form
- Turn on Utilities, if Applicable
- Remit Monthly Rent as Per Rental
- Agreement via Mail, Drop Off, or ACH Direct Withdrawal
- Report any Repairs as Needed
- Report any Changes to Contact Information
- Written Notification of Lease Termination or Renewal
- Provide Access to Property for Scheduled Inspections
- Maintain Property Condition
- Comply with all Applicable Rules, House Rules and Regulations
